Review Categories
We clearly label reviews in one of four categories:
Verified Patient Review
Reviews from patients whose treatment and identity have been confirmed. These reviews are more reliable but still reflect one person's experience.
User-Submitted Review
Reviews submitted by users without independent verification. These reflect personal experience but should not be treated as verified information.
Third-Party Review Summary
Aggregated summaries from external review platforms. These represent third-party data but should be interpreted with caution.
Editorial Review
Our editorial analysis based on research, methodology and source verification. These are research findings, not patient testimonials.
What We Do Not Allow
- No fictional reviewer names
- No fabricated testimonials or invented experiences
- No reviews written by hospital staff posing as patients
- No incentivized reviews without clear disclosure
- No reviews containing medical advice or private health information of others
Important Notice
Reviews should not substitute professional medical advice.
Consider the source, timing, condition treated, doctor and hospital. A single review cannot represent an institution's quality. Always verify material facts directly with the hospital.
